As I go about in the world, I notice how sharply divided most fans are when it comes to their favorite franchises. Among these are fans of Pokémon, Digimon, Ninja Turtles, The Land Before Time, Star Wars, Thomas & Friends, Power Rangers, My Little Pony, stuff made by Disney, stuff Wizard of Oz related, Marvel Comics related, Sonic the Hedgehog, even Alvin and the Chipmunks and Transformers.
Look, I know most of you are either open-minded about these franchises or are very opinionated about the original source material, but when it comes to these franchises that I've listed off, I'm on nobody's side. I'm as neutral as you can get, and I try to go with these franchises with an open mind, and that includes shipping between characters, like either AshXMisty or AshXSerena shipping when it comes to Pokémon. I for one like AshXSerena because it's slightly similar to the relationship between Kim Possible and Ron Stoppable in that Ash and Serena have a history even before the main Pokémon anime series even started, and though it's been a while since they last saw each other, I still think it's cute to see them together, even though I still think it was a poor decision to have Serena cut her hair.
As for the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise, I never watched the shows from the 90s, and even if I did, I still wouldn't like the SonicXSally shipping that was present in one of those shows. Maybe if Sally was of the same species as Sonic, or if Amy Rose was in the show and portrayed a similar role that Sally had, maybe I would like the show. But right now, the only character from the 90s shows I seem to like is Dulcy the dragon.
As for Thomas & Friends, the writing for seasons 1 to 7 was good, seasons 8 to 12 were a mixed bag, most episodes for seasons 13 to 16 were bad, but with seasons 17 to 19 it seems they're doing good again.
As for Star Wars, well, what's there to talk about? I don't care if fans complain about the stuff in movies 1 to 3, and I don't even care if fans complain about most of if not all the changes made in movies 4 to 6. Bottom line, I enjoyed these movies - END OF STORY!
As for Alvin and the Chipmunks, well who cares if the Chipmunks and Chipettes looked like actual chipmunks in the live-action movies? I sure don't. And I don't even care if in the new TV series they aren't as tall as their 60s to 80s counterparts. For me at the end of the day, they're still the same characters, and Dave is still the same father figure for them.
As for Transformers, well, I don't care what ANY of you people think of the films. I liked the designs of the movie Autobots and movie Decepticons, and seeing a version of Devastator who walked like a gorilla was a breath of fresh air from the usual combiners who stand completely upright like the Megazords in Power Rangers.
So before ANY of you people decide to poke fun at me for actually liking stuff that you may not like, maybe you should watch this video by Alex Yu of Ragin' Nation who talks about how sharply divided the Transformers fandom is-

Power Rangers crossovers I actually like
The Power Rangers franchise has had some interesting crossovers over the years. I think my favorites would have to be the following- Masked Rider (while the Masked Rider series didn't include elements from the 3-part episode "Friend in Need", I did like the idea of revealing Alpha 5's backstory) Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (either Power Rangers in Space or the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Boom! Studios comic series) Godzilla (would provide context into MMPR's Dragonzord's design) Transformers (the idea of the Morphormers interests me) So now I've been considering ideas for how to include such characters in my Power Rangers AU series- For my version of the MMPR's team-up with the Ninja Turtles, I may use ideas that come from the second crossover of MMPRXTMNT, which includes April O'Neil and Casey Jones becoming Power Rangers as well, after gaining access to the Morphin Grid. For my Power Rangers X Transformers crossover, it'll involve elements for my PR take on Kikai Sentai
Morphormers Pt.2
A continuation of this - Just been reading up on Power Rangers related pages on tfwiki.net and discovered that even Cybertronians can be empowered by the Morphin Grid and gain access to a Zord. According to tfwiki.net, rather than pilot a Zord from within a cockpit, Cybertronians can do the following- A Cybertronian empowered by the Morphin Gird can simply ride atop a Zord In rare cases, a Cybertronian might simply integrate Grid energy into their own chassis and directly assume a Zord alternate mode. This idea could work for my Power Rangers adaptation of Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger, with the four Kikainoids being a race of Cybertronians- The Power Rangers, along with agencies like Space Patrol Delta, Grid Battleforce and Cranston Technologies could ally themselves with Optimus Prime and the Autobots and come up with a team of Rangers and Autobots. But what do you think of this idea? How would you do a Power RangersXTransformers crossover? Feel free to share your thoughts.
Transformers + Power Rangers = Morphormers
I was just on tfwiki.net and I discovered pages for the Power Rangers franchise there. One page that caught my attention was this - Morphormer. According to the page, the "Morphormers" are a unique group of Autobots and Power Rangers who work together to defend the Morphin Grid from the Decepticons and other invaders. As stated in the "Transformers Roleplaying Game"- While searching for new forms of energy on Earth, the Autobots discovered the incredible energy potential of the Morphin Grid, leading to first contact with the Power Rangers. A group of Autobots entered into an alliance with the Power Rangers, and the two groups worked together to protect this valuable energy source from various evildoers, including the Decepticons and the Machine Empire. Members of the group sometimes acted as intermediaries and liaisons for their respective factions. Well, whaddaya know? It seems that Hasbro is slowly but surely coming up with a Transformers + Power Rangers crossover in some
